Any item on our menu can be prepared for carryout. One pound of barbecue and one pint of slaw can feed three adults. We use pork shoulders only. They are cooked for about nine hours over hickory and oak coals. We salt the meat before cooking, but we do not baste it. This is our authentic Lexington-style barbecue.
